Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Castocall connects brands with photographers, videographers, models, stylists and makeup artists in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Castocall.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the information on your profile being accurate and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account.

3. Zero tolerance for abusive content

You may not post or send content that is sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, misleading or that infringes anyone’s rights. You may not use Castocall to scam, spam or solicit anything other than genuine creative work. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, without notice.

4. Calls, casting and shoots

Brands are responsible for the Calls they post, including the brief, location, timing and payment terms. Creatives are responsible for the work they agree to. Castocall is a platform that introduces people; we are not a party to agreements between brands and creatives and are not responsible for payments, conduct on set or the outcome of a shoot. Agree on usage rights, payment and safety before the shoot.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give Castocall a licence to store and display them inside the app so the service works, for example on your profile and on Calls. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

6. Credits and reviews

Credits are issued when a brand wraps a shoot and reflect what the brand confirmed. Reviews must be honest. Do not trade or fake credits or reviews.

7. Plans and payments

Some features require a paid plan or a one-time Boost. Prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed in your store account settings.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

9. Liability

Castocall is provided as is. To the extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of other users.

10. Changes and contact
